How we handle what you tell us.

Enderassey advises institutions on control environments. Our own should be legible. Last updated July 2026.

Confidentiality

The standard of care

Information you share with Enderassey, whether in an inquiry, an exploratory conversation, or an engagement, is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

Client identities and engagement details are not published, referenced in marketing, or used as named case studies without prior written permission. Where prior professional experience is described on this site, it reflects the principal's employment history and is stated at a level of generality that does not identify confidential controls, incidents, or client information.

Privacy Policy

What we collect and why

What we collect. Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, organization, industry, area of concern, and the content of your message. We do not use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics that identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it. To respond to your inquiry and, if we proceed, to scope an engagement. Nothing else.

Who sees it. The principal. Enderassey does not sell, rent, or share contact information with third parties.

How long we keep it. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Engagement records are retained as required by professional and legal obligations.

Your choices. Write to support@enderassey.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Security. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure. Do not transmit passwords, account numbers, customer data, or details of an active fraud investigation through the contact form. If a matter is sensitive, say so briefly and we will arrange a secure channel.

Engagement Disclaimer

What the form does not create

Until that agreement exists, information you send is not protected by any professional privilege, and Enderassey undertakes no duty to act on it.

Enderassey does not perform financial statement audits or issue audit opinions, and its work is not a substitute for independent audit, internal audit, or regulatory examination.
